How Credits Work

Standard
Free with an account: 5 separations every 24 hours, songs and videos together. It never uses credits.
Pro
1 credit for a song or video up to 5 minutes long, 2 credits for a longer one. Cleaner vocals, with less of the voice left in the instrumental.
Failed separations
The credits used for a separation that fails are returned.
Plan credits
Added every month, and valid for 30 days after they are added.
Pack credits
Bought once. 30 credits are valid for 365 days; 90 credits are valid for 365 days.
Managing a plan
A subscription is managed from Billing in your account settings.

Do I have to pay to use the vocal remover?

No. Standard is free with an account: 5 separations every 24 hours, songs and videos together.

What do credits pay for?

Pro separations: 1 credit for a song or video up to 5 minutes long, 2 credits for a longer one. With Pro, the vocals are cleaner and less of the voice is left in the instrumental.

Does a video cost more than a song?

No. With Pro the price goes by length, not by what you upload: 1 credit for a song or video up to 5 minutes long, 2 credits for a longer one. On Standard a video uses one free separation, as a song does.

What is the difference between a plan and a credit pack?

A plan adds credits every month for a monthly price. A credit pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

What happens to my credits if a separation fails?

The credits it used are returned to your balance.
